CHILD PRICING POLICY

  • Children under 2 years old: 20% of the adult tour price, sharing the same bed with adults
  • Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 90% of the adult tour price, sharing the same bed with an adult
  • Children aged 11 and above: Charged as adults

Each adult may accompany only one child under the child-sharing-bed policy. In case one adult travels with two children, one child will be charged as an adult in order to arrange an extra bed.

Child prices are based on children sharing a bed with their parents. If a separate bed is required, 100% of the adult tour price will apply.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The standard tour price applies to travelers aged 12 to 69.
  • Guests aged 70 and above may be required to pay an additional premium for higher-level travel insurance.
  • Guests aged 75 and above must provide a valid health certificate issued by an authorized medical institution confirming their fitness for international travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
  • Tour prices may change in case of airline fuel surcharge adjustments, visa fee changes, or other service cost changes.
  • Policies may be subject to change during public holidays, peak seasons, or special travel periods.
  • Cancellation timeframes are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

MINIMUM GROUP SIZE

The tour requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, the company will inform guests at least 2 weeks in advance to reschedule the departure date or adjust the tour arrangement accordingly.


FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, natural disasters, unexpected incidents, severe weather conditions, or changes in public transportation schedules including flights and trains, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary at any time for the safety and convenience of guests.

The company shall not be responsible for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from such circumstances.

If guests are unable to join the tour, please notify the company as soon as possible. The following booking and cancellation conditions will apply.


Booking Conditions for Group Tours

  • Bookings should be made at least 35 days in advance to allow sufficient time for proper service arrangement.
  • Later bookings may still be accepted; however, prices may vary depending on availability and travel period, especially during peak seasons such as cherry blossom season from March to April and autumn foliage season from October to December.
  • A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour value is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be completed at least 18 days before departure in order to finalize all services.
  • If the agency prefers to split the payment into 3 installments, the payment schedule can be arranged as 30% – 30% – 40%.

Booking Conditions for FIT / Individual Guests

  • Bookings should be made at least 25 working days in advance.
  • For last-minute bookings, prices may vary depending on the travel period and service availability.
  • A 50% deposit of the total tour value is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellation immediately after deposit: 15% of the total tour value
  • Cancellation 25 days before departure: 40% of the total tour value
  • Cancellation 21 days before departure: 80% of the total tour value
  • Cancellation 18 days before departure: 70% of the total tour value
  • Cancellation 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour value

Cancellation dates are counted based on working days only, excluding weekends, public holidays, and Tet holidays.

This policy may be subject to change during public holidays, peak seasons, or special travel periods.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The itinerary and flight schedule may change depending on the specific departure date.
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
  • The order of the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions; however, all listed attractions will still be fully covered.
  • The minimum group size for departure is 10 or 15 guests, depending on the quoted package price. If the group size is smaller than the minimum requirement, the tour price may be adjusted accordingly or the departure may be rescheduled to the next available date.
