Unlike the bustling metropolises of Tokyo or Osaka, Fukuoka welcomes visitors with its relaxed atmosphere, outstanding culinary scene, and harmonious blend of modern city life and centuries-old cultural heritage.

After completing immigration procedures, you will be greeted by your guide and driver before beginning your exploration of the region often referred to as the “Heart of Kyushu.”

Your first stop is Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, one of Japan’s most revered Shinto shrines. Built over a thousand years ago in honor of Sugawara no Michizane, the deity of learning and scholarship, the shrine attracts millions of visitors each year who come to pray for academic success, career advancement, and good fortune.

Take a leisurely stroll beneath maple and ginkgo trees adorned with vibrant autumn colors while listening to the gentle ringing of the shrine bells echoing through the peaceful surroundings.
