CHILD PRICING POLICY

Children under 2 years old: 20% of the adult tour price, sharing the same bed with adults.
Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 90% of the adult tour price, sharing the same bed with adults. Each adult may accompany only one child under this policy. If one adult travels with two children, one child will be charged as an adult in order to arrange an extra bed.
Children aged 11 and above: Charged as adults.

NOTES

Child pricing applies only when children share a bed with their parents. If a separate bed is required, 100% of the adult tour price will apply.
The standard tour price applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests aged 70 and above may be required to pay an additional premium insurance fee. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a valid health certificate issued by an authorized medical institution and must be accompanied by a healthy family member under 60 years old.
Tour prices may change if airline fuel surcharges or visa fees are adjusted.
The itinerary and flight schedule may change depending on the actual departure date.
Passports must be valid for more than 6 months from the departure date.
The order of the itinerary may be adjusted according to actual conditions, while still ensuring all listed sightseeing spots are included.
The minimum group size is 10 or 15 guests, depending on the quoted package price. If the number of participants is lower than the minimum requirement, the tour price may be adjusted based on the actual group size, or the departure may be moved to the next available date.
If a guest is refused a visa, or cancels after submitting the visa application but before the official cancellation penalty period applies, a visa service fee of VND 2,000,000 will be charged.
If guests have relatives or friends in Japan who wish to join the tour program, please contact the company before departure for arrangement.

Japan Golden Route 5D4N – Standard Type 2 – From Tokyo

Day 1: Tokyo – Admiring the Beauty of Cherry Blossoms

9:00 AM: After landing at Narita International Airport (NRT), Asahi VietLife’s private bus will welcome the group and transfer guests to central Tokyo.

12:00 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

1:30 PM: Visit Tokyo Skytree for an outside photo stop and admire one of Japan’s most iconic modern landmarks, standing 634 meters tall.

3:00 PM: Visit Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest and most famous temple, and stroll along the lively Nakamise Shopping Street.

4:30 PM: Take a relaxing walk along the Sumida River and enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms blooming along both sides of the river.

5:30 PM: Transfer to the hotel area.

6:00 PM: Check in at the hotel in Tokyo. Enjoy dinner and relax after the first day of the journey.

9:30 AM: Visit Chidorigafuchi Park, one of Tokyo’s most beautiful cherry blossom viewing spots, famous for its scenic riverside path lined with blooming sakura trees.

10:45 AM: Stop for photos outside the Imperial Palace, the residence of the Emperor and the Imperial Family of Japan.

11:00 AM: Transfer to the lunch area.

12:30 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant.

1:30 PM: Visit Gotemba Premium Outlets, if time allows, and enjoy shopping at one of Japan’s most popular outlet malls.

7:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out.

8:30 AM: Depart for Mount Fuji, one of Japan’s most iconic and majestic landmarks.

9:30 AM: Visit Mount Fuji 5th Station, located at approximately 2,300 meters above sea level, and enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Access to the 5th Station depends on actual weather and road conditions.

12:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant.

1:30 PM: Experience the Shinkansen, Japan’s famous bullet train, traveling at speeds of over 300 km/h while enjoying the scenery of modern Japan.

3:30 PM: Arrive in Nagoya, where the private vehicle will pick up the group at the station.

4:00 PM: Visit Sakae Street, if time allows, and enjoy free time for shopping and exploring one of Nagoya’s busiest commercial areas.

6:30 PM: Dinner at a local restaurant.

8:00 PM: Check in at the hotel in Nagoya and rest.

Day 4: From Nagoya to Historic Kyoto & Vibrant Osaka

7:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out.

10:30 AM: Visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, one of Kyoto’s most famous landmarks, known for its traditional wooden stage and beautiful seasonal views, especially during cherry blossom season.

12:00 PM: Stroll along the Philosopher’s Path, a peaceful stone-paved walkway beside the Biwa Canal, famous for its beautiful cherry blossoms in spring.

1:00 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and experience Kyoto-style cuisine.

2:30 PM: Depart from Kyoto and continue the journey to Osaka.

3:30 PM: Visit Osaka Castle for an outside photo stop. This iconic historical landmark is surrounded by a beautiful park, especially charming during cherry blossom season.

4:30 PM: Free time for shopping around Shinsaibashi and Nipponbashi, if time allows. Enjoy one of Osaka’s most vibrant areas for shopping, food, and entertainment.

8:00 PM: Transfer to the Kansai International Airport area, check in at the hotel, and rest.

Day 5: Farewell Osaka – Departure from Kansai International Airport

Itinerary:

7:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out.

8:30 AM: Asahi VietLife’s vehicle will pick up the group and transfer guests to Kansai International Airport (KIX).

9:30 AM: Arrive at Kansai International Airport. Guests will proceed with check-in procedures for the flight back to Vietnam or another destination.

11:00 AM: Asahi VietLife’s tour leader will say farewell, thank the guests, and look forward to welcoming them again on future journeys to Japan.

Airport transfer time will be adjusted flexibly according to the group’s actual flight schedule.
Cherry blossom blooming periods depend on weather conditions. Asahi VietLife cannot guarantee the exact full-bloom timing, and we kindly ask for guests’ understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TOUR CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
After tour confirmation

If guests are unable to join the tour, please inform the company as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Cancellation immediately after booking confirmation: 10% of the total tour price
Cancellation 30 days before departure: 60% of the total tour price
Cancellation 21 days before departure: 80% of the total tour price
Cancellation 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price

If the travel services have already been booked and the guest’s visa application is rejected, resulting in tour cancellation, the guest will still be responsible for a non-refundable deposit of VND 10,000,000.

Cancellation dates are counted based on working days only, excluding weekends, public holidays, and Tet holidays.

This policy may be subject to change during public holidays, peak seasons, or special travel periods.

Minimum Group Size:
The tour requires a minimum group size of 16 guests to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, the company will notify guests at least 2 weeks in advance to arrange a new departure date.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, weather conditions, or schedule changes of public transportation including flights, trains, and other transport services, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary at any time for the safety and convenience of guests. The company shall not be responsible for any additional costs or losses arising from such circumstances.

JAPAN VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Passport valid for at least 6 months, with signature on page 3
02 photos sized 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm, white background
Completed English visa application form, signed on page 2. The signature must match the passport signature. The form must be printed single-sided only.

Bank balance certificate or notarized savings book with a minimum balance of VND 200,000,000 per person, including the bank’s official stamp, signature, and logo
Bank statement for the last 6 months, with salary transactions highlighted if applicable
If available, notarized copies of property ownership certificates, car registration documents, or other assets may be submitted to strengthen the application

Employment Proof:
Please prepare one of the following documents:

Copy of labor contract or appointment decision with company stamp, together with employment confirmation stamped by the company
Notarized copy of business registration certificate, company bank statement, and tax declaration documents
Notarized copy of pension book, retirement decision, or pension card
Salary confirmation for the last 6 months with company stamp and personal bank statement. If salary is paid in cash, salary confirmation is required
For students: notarized copy of student card

Proof of Relationship:
Required if 2 or more applicants apply together.

For friends: 2–3 color photos together with clear faces, printed on photo paper and labeled with the names of the visa applicants
For spouses, children, or family members: notarized household registration book, birth certificate, or marriage certificate
